They don't come for site visit because you are relying too much on annoying phone calls. In 2025, site visit equation is far more complex. The default action by Google/Meta is to remove a user from your "marketing bucket" after they convert (= become a lead). For most other verticals, it makes perfect sense but that logic doesn't apply to real estate digital marketing.
